Introduction

Welcome to Strauss Daly CRM. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our CRM system. By accessing this CRM system, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Use of the CRM System

By accessing and using our CRM system, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Maintain and promptly update the registration data and any other information you provide to us, to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the information and data you provide.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any conduct that would disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of our CRM system.
  • Use our CRM system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the CRM system, or any other systems or networks connected to the CRM system.
  • Use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the CRM system or any transaction conducted on the CRM system.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the CRM system and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Strauss Daly or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the CRM system without express written permission by Strauss Daly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strauss Daly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the CRM system.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the CRM system.
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our CRM system by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the CRM system.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
